For help signing in, using the app, managing an event or accessing tickets, email support@clubmate.com.au.

Include your account email, device and app version, and the steps that led to the issue. Never send your password, payment card details or identity documents by email.

Tickets and event entry

For event-specific entry conditions, cancellations or refunds, contact the organiser shown on the event or ticket. For technical problems accessing your tickets, contact Clubmate support.

Privacy and account deletion

You can request account and personal data deletion from our account deletion page. For privacy requests, email privacy@clubmate.com.au.
